About the Speaker
Hon. Leo T. Madrazo
DCA Leo Tolentino Madrazo was born on May 14, 1963 in Davao City to parents, Atty. Jose R. Madrazo, Jr. (a practicing lawyer in Davao City for more than 50 years) and Lina Oliveros Tolentino (a retired Labor Employment Officer at the DOLE, Davao City). He was a Prosecutor for 13 years from 1996 to 2009 before he served as a trial court judge for 8 years in the MTCC and then in the RTC until 2018. By a majority vote, he was appointed as Deputy Court Administrator for Mindanao on September 4, 2018 and is currently holding offices in Davao City as his main office and in Supreme Court—Padre Faura, as his satellite office. He has four sons to wife Natividad Dulce A. David, the eldest of which is currently Second Year in law school.
